Q: How long have you been in residential real estate sales? Is it your full-time job? (While experience is no guarantee of skill, real estate, like many other professions, is mostly learned on the job.)

A: Since September 2004 and it has been my full time job since April 2005.

Q: What designations do you hold? (Designations, such as GRI and CRSÃ’, which require that real estate professionals take additional, specialized real estate training, are held by only about one-quarter of real estate practitioners.)

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) — the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.

A: I am dedicated to increasing the number of home owners in Orleans Parish and educating my clients on their real estate transactions while promoting their best interest throughout the process. I am also committed to helping sellers obtain the highest marketable price for their property in the least amount of time, while keeping them informed about all of the options that are available to them in the current marketplace.

Q: How will you keep me informed about the progress of my transaction? How frequently? Using what media? (Again, this is not a question with a correct answer, but that one reflects your desires. Do you want updates once a week or don’t want to be bothered unless there’s a hot prospect? Do you prefer phone, e-mail, or a personal visit?)

A: For Sellers: I send out a weekly update via email that includes statistics about how much traffic your property is getting as a result of my marketing plan.
